Center for Professional Practice of Nursing
Welcome to Grady Memorial Health’s Center for Professional Practice of Nursing. Our mission is to enable team members to assert themselves as experts in their respective practices, whether in service or clinical settings. Exercising your voice involves active participation in Shared Governance at the unit-based level and/or Collaborative Governance at the organizational level. The program’s overarching objective is to empower every team member across all service lines to express their perspectives and collaborate with leadership. This partnership aims to boost team morale, elevate professional practices, and enhance the overall patient and family experience, ultimately contributing to positive patient outcomes.
